Thirst Craft Studio Night

The team at Thirst kindly hosted a night at their studio in the Glasgow Templeton Building. They invited students to hang out, talk design, see their space and taste a selection of their hard work (beers, beers, beers). The night was in partnership with the Glasgow Design Kids, part of the Design Kids global network.

The team presented the launch of their new portfolio mentorship initiative, setting aside time to assist students in finding their voice and their future jobs. The project hopes to enlist other agencies that will also begin to provide real-world feedback and direction to students.

It was a fantastic night and a great opportunity to hear about everyone’s first footsteps into the working world, from first clients to ongoing projects. Here’s hoping they open their doors again, I am already looking forward to the next one 🙂
