Corners X Risotto Risograph Workshop

This week I was lucky to attend the Corners X Risotto Studio workshop as part of the Risotto Risograph exhibition at the Lighthouse art gallery in central Glasgow.

Corners is a design studio and publishing house operated by two graphic designers; Hyojoon Jo and Daiwoong Kim in Seoul, South Korea. The print work they produce epitomises their technical knowledge over all aspects of the Risograph process; from prepress to production. Pristine photography, zappy graphic art and crisp publications are some of the many beautiful components form their portfolio that never ceases to inspire fellow printers or designers alike.

This specialist workshop comprised of a focused morning of practical demonstrations showing various multicolour results and explaining the printing processes. Throughout the afternoon we printed four colour CMYK artworks with various colour combinations and different print angles and LPI.
